Say YES to yourself. YES to parts you like and Yes to parts you learned to dislike.

Soulful Reflection

There are worlds within worlds

within worlds.

Much more exists than what we are able to see with our two eyes. When we reflect on what we see not critically but soulfully, what we see will let us see into the heart of what it is.

There are worlds within worlds within worlds –worlds of thoughts, feelings, moods, sounds, smells, tastes, skin sensations, and worlds that transcend what we are able to perceive through our five senses.

Soulful Reflection involves open eyes and ears, intuition and the willingness to feel moved. It awakens us to see into the heart of things with inner eyes and to recognize how precious every”thing” is –how precious we all are. Perfectly human and divine.

When we soulfully reflect, we see and hear our inner and outer environments with the wisdom of our whole being.

When we soulfully reflect on parts our Ego dislikes and prefers to keep hidden, seeing and hearing these parts with the wisdom of our whole being is felt and consciously registered. Ego recognizes that there is now trust building in the relational field. It can let go of control, making it possible for our critical self to see each part with new eyes.

When we soulfully reflect on parts that want to hide and stay hidden, because our Superego is punitive and our Ego shaming and blaming, it’s when we see, hear and feel these parts AND our wounding Superego and Ego with the wisdom of our whole being that they start trusting the inner environment they find themselves in.

Soulful Reflection calms our bodies and creates a safe inner environment for wounded and rejected parts to feel seen and felt in a way that makes it safe for them to see and feel themselves.
